MATS is short for Mid-American Tumbling Society and has been around for approximately 40 years! The Academy of the Arts Tumbling Team has been a great contender at the MATS meets that take place in November and February and also the championship meet in the Spring. We would love to work with your tumbler to become a part of our 2011-12 Championship MATS Team!

 

If your tumbler is interested in this, please send an email to MATS@academyarts.net and we will send you more information. The team works with our amazing coach, Ms. Quinn Dennis and several assistant coaches on the weekends prior to the meets. There are many levels of competition, so even beginners can learn what competitive tumbling is all about in this caring and supportive environment.

 

Our team members will also have optional additional opportunities to perform beyond the competitive environment throughout the year. Our first team event will be in September!—We hope you will be a part our tumbling family!
